Sirona Cerec Inlab 4.1
2
The system uses CAM/CAM technology, which means that the whole production of prosthetic work is controlled by computer Starting optical impression (scanning directly in the mouth with cerec AC unit with bluecam) instead of classical impression, designing anatomically shaped tooth, milling and finishing work.
3
USED FOR: Production of ceramics crowns Production of bridges Production of veneers Production of zirconium frameworks
4
WHY? perfect fit (24 microns sensitivity) biocompatible material minimize the number of patient visits - productions crowns and brigdes and laminates in one visit top quality material absolute accuracy - long lifetime of work
5
individual part of my work
6
the 3D impression of work for the upper jaw
7
the lower jaw
8
selection of teeth and the type of job
9
bite registration
10
finished bite registration
11
determination of occlusal plane
12
trimming of stubs
13
draw margin -we can use manual or auto
14
draw margin
15
rotation model for determination of correct axis of the tooth
16
right
17
wrong -because there are many undercuts-red color
18
setting parameters http://td.sirona.com/pdf%5C6375922.pdf
19
ANTERIOR BASIC SHAPE CROWN There we choose shape of crown for example adult, juvenile, asian…
20
SPACER Possibility for setting the space for the fastening material below the restoration-cement.
21
OCCLUSAL MILLING OFFSET Apply or remove material in the occlusal direction over the entire occlusal surface.
22
PROXIMAL CONTACTS STRENGTH Set the thickness of the approximal contacts.
23
OCCLUSAL CONTACTS STRENGTH Set the thickness of the occlusal contacts.
24
MINIMAL THICKNESS RADIAL Set the minimum wall thickness in the horizontal direction. The software tries not to fall below this thickness when calculating the restoration suggestions.
26
MINIMAL THICKNESS OCCLUSAL Set the minimum wall thickness in the occlusal direction.
27
MARGIN THICKNESS Reinforce restoration margins with additional material. – Simplifies handling of the restoration – Prevents splitting of the material The additional material can be milled off manually before inserting the restoration. Can be switched on and off
29
REMOVE UNDERCUTS Undercuts within the preparation margin are blocked out in the restoration bottom.
30
after setting the parameters followed by automatic selection of teeth shape

design
32
FOR MODELING WE USE

APPLY MATERIAL
34
REMOVING MATERIAL
35
SMOOTHING
37
control points of contact
38
Finished work
39
now we must choose the material which will be used for milling finished work
40
TYPES OF MATERIAL Esthetic ceramics-luminosilicate glass Structural ceramics A)low glass content B)no glass content -polycrystalline-alumina, zirconia
41
ceramic block
42
next step is milling in this device
