Most banks are currently offering between 80% - 90% finance to cover the building package of your choice. Below is a list of all the documentation that will be required from you by the consultant. 1)Legible copies of all purchasers’ green ID book. 2)Last three months pay slips 3)Three months of your LATEST bank statements. These need to be stamped by the bank showing your last three salary deposits.
