IMPROVED METHODS OF CLA 3.Competency Based Training (Penilaian Berteraskan Latihan (PBL) 3.1Generic component would be assessed through in-house training which is more structured. 3.2Functional component would be assessed through CPD or other competency enhancement activities. 3.3Marking/grading is based on point system for each activity. 3.4Assessment done by Panel of Assessors who are experts in their respective field. 3.5Duration of CLA: Throughout the year
