2 EFA perspective so far  Baseline designs have been a very useful briefing tool  Handy for quick feasibility studies  Bids received that are similar but not the same  We’re looking forward to seeing more responses to the new Output Specification  Publishing some further designs today

3 Latest designs  Same area, same budget  Simple orthogonal plans  Same performance requirements  Daylight into circulation areas and rear of classrooms  Fan assisted cross ventilation in classrooms  Traditional type education approach but scope to move partitions if other layouts required  Different sized schools
