Tools Required Jaymil Ergo & Office Solutions 150 Dow Street, Tower 4, Manchester, NH 603.629.9995 Drill ½” Drill Bit Philips or Flat Head Bit (to be confirmed) Level Measuring Tape Allen Wrench #5

Assemble Column Jaymil Ergo & Office Solutions 150 Dow Street, Tower 4, Manchester, NH 603.629.9995 Lay column down with cord facing up. Install bracket around the column with the Wall Mount Bracket facing up. Install top bracket approximately 4” down from top. Use an #5 Allen Wrench to tighten screws into bracket. Install base bracket at bottom with 6 screws Wall Mount Bracket Cord

Assemble Column – With Optional Column Extender Jaymil Ergo & Office Solutions 150 Dow Street, Tower 4, Manchester, NH 603.629.9995 Remove panel from Column Extender Screw Column Extender to base of Column with opening facing back (same direction as cord) Replace panel of Column Extender. Cord

Install brackets around the column with the Wall Mount Bracket facing up. Install top bracket approximately 4” down from top. Install bottom bracket over the seam of the column and column extender. Use an #5 Allen Wrench to tighten screws into brackets. Wall Mount Bracket Cord

Mount Column to Wall Jaymil Ergo & Office Solutions 150 Dow Street, Tower 4, Manchester, NH 603.629.9995 Select position on wall. Column will need access to a power outlet. Position Column on wall, level and mark holes. Check for studs in wall. Move column aside and drill pilot holes in the drywall to test for studs. Avoid studs if possible. If you hit a wood stud: use wood screws into the wood studs instead of anchors. Use use Toggler Snaptoggle Anchor in other points. If you hit a metal stud: drill out metal stud and use Toggler Snaptoggle Anchor. Install to Drywall: use Toggler Snaptoggle Anchor and screws (supplied), see instructions next page.

Mount Column to Wall – Snaptoggle Anchor Installation Jaymil Ergo & Office Solutions 150 Dow Street, Tower 4, Manchester, NH 603.629.9995 Drill ½” hole. Hold metal channel flat alongside plastic straps & slide channel through the hole. Minimum clearance behind wall: only 1 7/8". Hold ends of straps together between thumb & forefinger and pull toward you until channel rests behind wall. Ratchet cap along straps with other hand until flange of cap is flush with wall. Place thumb between straps at wall. Push thumb side to side, snapping off straps level with flange of cap. You should have the flange like the below at this point. Position brackets over flange. Insert bolt and tighten until snug against item, then stop. Use supplied ¼-20 Bolt. Be sure to check level before tightening bolt down. Level can be adjusted slightly at this point.

Mount Column to Wall Jaymil Ergo & Office Solutions 150 Dow Street, Tower 4, Manchester, NH 603.629.9995 The column should now be mounted to the wall and bolted at all 4 mounting points.

Mount the Counter - Stationary Jaymil Ergo & Office Solutions 150 Dow Street, Tower 4, Manchester, NH 603.629.9995 Mount Counter Bracket to the front of the counter with screws.

Connect Power and Mount Control and Power Supply Jaymil Ergo & Office Solutions 150 Dow Street, Tower 4, Manchester, NH 603.629.9995 Mount Power Supply under the Counter. Screw angled bracket to underneath of counter, slide in power supply.

Connect Power and Mount Control and Power Supply Jaymil Ergo & Office Solutions 150 Dow Street, Tower 4, Manchester, NH 603.629.9995 Mount Control and Power Supply under the Counter. Control can mount on the left or right side. Buttons should be flush with the outside edge of counter. Control mounts with screws, screwed up from underneath. Connect Cords: Control has two wires. One connects to Column Wire. The other connects to Power Supply (red connection). Power Supply plugs into the outlet.
