2. KUBEŠOVA VILLA Located near the historic center of Třebíč, near the train station, in steep terrain, at crossing of Litoltova and Nádražní streets.

3. KUBEŠOVA VILLA The house of Ing. Milan Kubeš, an architect from Třebíč.

4. KUBEŠOVA VILLA Construction was lead by Jaroslav Herzán, a popular builder from Třebíč. Architectural style is influenced by late geometric phase of Art Nouveau.

5. KUBEŠOVA VILLA The main entrance with a semicircular funicular arch is located on the west side and is preserved exactly as the original one. The exterior of the villa maintains many valuable details, while the inner disposition suffered greatly.

6. KUBEŠOVA VILLA Compared to the past, when the villa was used primarily as an office building, it is once again used for its original purpose – housing.
