Mail-in Customer completes input form received either via the mail or downloaded from the City’s Web page Customer remits form and payment (check or Credit Card) to the City Staff enters data, reflects payment and prints out application with License Tax Certificate and mails to customer

Staff reviews transaction, notifies customer (via Email) of acceptance and states that a billing notice will be mailed containing amount due. Internet (in the Future) Customer enters payment information by either –Credit card –Check (Electronic funds transfer) Staff accepts payment, prints out application with certificate and mails to customer
