2.  Efficiency – decreases the time it takes to produce complete blocks.  Easy to use – Once it is set up anyone can use it and it is easier to read than hand written work.  Uniformity – Blocks are easier to read, sort, find, etc.  Backfiles – Can store files easily and electronically.

3.  First - find evidence on the web or any other electronic source  Second – cut and paste evidence into the template  Third – Topline, cite, tag and underline  Fourth – Index and you’re done!
