Major Exclusions Loss directly or indirectly occasioned by happening through or in consequence of Travel against Medical Advice Any Pre existing condition With the intention of receiving medical treatment Insured being aware of circumstances that could reasonable be expected to give rise to a claim Winter Sports or the Use of Dry ski slopes Manual work of any kind, etc

Claims arising from pregnancy Claims increased by the Insured’s own act or omission Consequential Loss Claims relating to Bankruptcy or Liquidation Congenital anomalies or any other complications or conditions arising there from Professional or Organised Sports, rock Climbing or mountaineering, racing speeds or endurance tests, hazardous pursuit or occupation or air travel (other than as a passenger) and similar activites. Personal Accident Claims Documents Required Procedure to be followed Inform our Assistance Co. Narration of the facts Police Report Witness Statements Death Certificate, if applicable Cause of Accident Post mortem report, if applicable Original Bills Details of treatment taken for PTD or PPD with supporting prescriptions and Doctor’s advice Obtain Claim form Fill in the claim form in all respects Inform police In case of PTD, obtain Disability Certificate from the treating Doctor Witness if any, get statements from them

Loss of Checked in Baggage Claims Documents Required Procedure to be followed Claim form duly filled in Copy of Letter lodging a claim on the carrier Property Irregularity Report / other report issued by the Carrier Compensation received from the Carrier Adequate proof of value of items contained in checked in baggage value in excess of US$100 Please inform our Assistance Co. Delay of Checked-In-Baggage Claims Documents Required Procedure to be followed Claim form with ref. Copy of ticket Copy of Visa/Passport Certificate from the Carrier fro the delay in checked-in-baggage for more than 12 hrs Irregularity Report or any other report from the airline stating date Original bills of emergency consumables purchased up to the arrival of delayed baggage. Inform our Assistance Co. Claim form can be obtained from our Assistance Co. Send duly filled in claim form with supporting documents
