3 Second Step: Skills for Social and Academic Success Goals for Completion (Pre-K: Early Learning) Unit 1: Skills for Learning (September & October) Unit 2: Empathy (November & December) Unit 3: Emotion Management (January & February) Unit 4: Friendship Skills & Problem Solving (March & April) Unit 5: Transitioning to Kindergarten (May) * Goal is to teach and document at least 4 lessons per unit. (Two lessons for unit 5) Other resources may be used to teach these skills as well and may be added to your documentation sheet.
