OCSL C2 Division Alignment 10 team Division Automatic Promotion (1 team from C3 – Division winner) Optional Promotion (1 team from ERSL U21 Tier 1 – Division winner) Automatic Relegation (2 teams from C2 – bottom two) Team automatically promoted to C2 from C3 can refuse to do so for one year only If the team automatically promoted to C2 request to stay in C3 then next placed C3 team is offered the C2 slot (and so on down the C3 list) Written notification of intent (ERSL U21 promotion or refusal) must be given to the OCSL LMB no later than October 31 st of the year in which Division play occurred If the Division winner from ERSL U21 Tier 1 opts not to accept promotion, there is no C2 position offered to another ERSL U21 Tier 1 team (outside of the top two teams *) If the Division winner from ERSL U21 Tier 1 opts not to accept promotion, the second placed team in C3 will be promoted

6. OCSL C2 Division Alignment * Additional scenario if 2 nd placed ERSL U21 Tier 1 opt for promotion to C2 Written notification of intent (ERSL U21 promotion or refusal) must be given to the OCSL LMB no later than October 31 st of the year in which Division play occurred The third-last placed team in C2 will be relegated to C3 Only after ERSL promotion or refusal has been received will final promotion and relegation of C2 and C3 Divisions occur (LMB decision will be final) If the team automatically promoted to C2 request to stay in C3 then next placed C3 team is offered the C2 slot (and so on down the C3 list) There will be a domino effect regarding relegation from C2 to C3 and so on down the Divisions (LMB decision will be final)

7. OCSL C2 Division Alignment Order in which LMB will determine C2 Division participants (10 teams): A.Number of ERSL U21 Tier 1 teams requesting promotion to C2 (zero, one or two) B.Number of C2 teams to be relegated based on above (two or three) C.Number of C3 teams to be promoted based on above (one or two) Therefore : If A is zero, then B is two and C is two If A is one, then B is two and C is one If A is two, then B is three and C is one
