CyberEthics Respect yourself by only posting content that projects a positive image of yourself Cite it if you did not create it yourself Respect others

CyberSafety Limit the information you share about yourself, your family and your friends Respect yourself by only posting content that projects a positive image of yourself Print the screen, and save inappropriate messages to show a trusted adult Use common sense communication with unknown sources Posting is permanent and can be traced back to the author Identify a trusted adult you can talk to Seek balance between your virtual and real life fun Protect everyone who shares your computer by thinking before clicking Do not transmit privacy information over free and open WiFi

CyberSecurity Set your malware detection software to update automatically and run it daily Protect everyone who shares your computer by thinking before clicking Update your operating system and programs when the patches are available Put a post-it note over your web camera when it is not in use Use strong passwords and change the default passwords that come with your software and hardware Be skeptical of free wifi
