2 Llamarse – to call oneself This verb is used to say what someone calls themselves. This is different than saying what someone’s name is. For example: My name is Mr. Romanoski. I call myself Profe. To ask what do you call yourself, use - ¿Cómo te llamas? To ask what is your name use - ¿Cuál es tu nombre?

3 Me llamo I call myself Nos llamamos We call ourselves Te llamas You (fam.) call yourself Os llamáis You all (fam.) call yourselves Se llama He/She calls him/herself, You (for.) call yourself Se llaman They, You all (for.) call yourselves

4 Saying where someone is from using the verb >. When you want to say where someone is from you use the verb ser in Spanish. This verb is irregular so you must memorize the forms. To ask - where are you from?, ask - ¿De dónde eres? To ask – where is he/she from?, ask - ¿De dónde es?
