9. ADD N EW P ATIENTS 1. Click ‘New’ for new patient 2. Fill in patient’s Basic Information: Name IC Gender Ethnic, Marital Status, First Seen Date Discharge Date Department 3. Click ‘Save’

11. 1. Click on the patient’s name above 2. Fill in patient’s Telephone, Address and Lab results 3. Click ‘New’ in each sections to create new data

14. S EARCHING FOR A P ATIENT 1. Click ‘Search’ 2. Key in either: Patient’s name IC RN 3. Select the name from the list and click ‘OK’

18. CREATING A D ISCHARGE S UMMARY 1. Click ‘Discharge Summary’ 2. Click on “NEW” then type in the patient’s summary 3. Insert Laboratory results 4. Click ‘Save Document’ 5. Insert Patient’s current admission data, including admission dates, RN, ward, ICD10 6. Sign Off with password 7. Print with size A5
