Overlap between services? Some Community Support services delivered by home care workers “mainly domestic care with a focus on rehabilitation” Approximately £1m per year paid from Housing Support budget to Home Care to cover this work Can this be counted as Domestic Care in the H1 return? Or, should Housing Support be reported separately?
