MACHINE TRANSCRIPTION & DICTATION 6E Getting Started (Continued) 1. Review the textbook activities for Chapter 1. 2. Review the Standard Transcription Procedures on page 14 of the textbook. 3. Create a folder on your flash drive or secure location for saving your completed transcription exercises (Ch1_Machine Transcription). 4. Check if Express Scribe or Windows Media Player is installed on your computer. If not, you can install it from the Transcription CD. Slide 4
