Introduction Development of Airlines Engineering professional with experience in various engineering roles experience Scheme Length: Stage 1: 2 years Stage 2: 3 years Recommended yearly batch – 5 trainees Successful completion of scheme: Stage 1: Assistant Engineer Stage 2: Engineer

Scheme detail: Stage 1 Detail of Scheme Stage 1 (0 – 2nd year):
Training as required by HKCAD HKA In-house Training Use of Hand Tool HKAR-66 Modular Exam Aircraft Basic Knowledge Upon the completion of the stage 1, if the trainee can successfully pass the HKAR-66 modular exam and demonstrated a good performance, he/she can be promoted to Assistant Engineer Depends on operational need, trainee who completed stage 1 will be assigned to various engineering department.

Scheme detail: Stage 2 Detail of Scheme Stage 2 (2nd – 5th year):
Obtain HKAR-66 Cat. B1.1/B2 Licence HKAR-66 Cat. B1.1/Cat. B2 Practical Training HKA Aircraft Type Training Management skills Training Upon the completion of stage 2, if the trainee can successfully obtained the HKAR-66 B1.1/B2 Licence and demonstrated a good performance, he/she can be promoted to Engineer.

Entry Criteria A Solid HKIE ACE recognized or Washington Accord accredited degree Right of abode in Hong Kong High standard of written & fluent English (Mandarin is advantageous) Passionate about aviation A sound understanding of engineering concepts Excellent team working abilities Polished communication skills
