Communication between TOU team and KT List of all deliverables to be defined and finalised by 2 nd P/L Meeting PMs to be held at TOU site or by Webex. Required documents and Progress Reports including status of AIs to be delivered at least five working days before the meeting Regular bi-weekly telecons between TOU lead team and KT: brief discussion of working progress, identified problems, needed inputs etc the traceability of single requirements and interface management Meeting when necessary with other Camera/Payload/PLATO teams by Webex (organised by KT). For critical topics, like I/F discussions, face to face meeting are preferable

Goals Phase B1: To achieve a sufficient level of technical maturity to ensure a successful SRR. system requirements for the selected architectures successfully validated system requirements derived confidence on the readiness levels of various technologies. Payload Camera Subsystem Status Summary: Goals Phase B1 consolidating the requirements on system and subsystem level and their traceability consolidating internal interfaces, assessing requirements for external interfaces consolidating performance models consolidating and defining operational modes of the payload and its various subsystems and components. validating the set of system and subsystem requirements Establish a verification strategy consistent with programmatic limitations and required scientific value. Develop technology maturation programs in order to achieve the required TRL levels at SRR
