2 Monitoring and evaluation/ Food for thoughts Need for activity-specific indicator and an integrated indicator that links activities together Constraint with logframes: linkages are not always visible This is a research project: there is a high uncertainty at output and activity level  example: increase in income level! The indicator is it after take off and adoption?
