8 Team Strengths & Weaknesses
Although players should be aware of their individual strengths & weaknesses, they should also be aware of how successful/unsuccessful they are as a team and be able to identify team strengths & weaknesses. When analysing a team the focus should mainly be on Technical aspects of the game. For example; Linking passes Movement up the court Group Dynamics Communication Success of strategies e.g. Backline pass or Centre Pass. This will help the team with focus during training but more significantly the ability to devise strategies to suit team strengths & weaknesses.
