1. Here is a reminder of the arrangements for your exam period. ARRANGEMENTS FOR S4 EXAM PREPARATION LEAVE

2. EXAM PREPARATION LEAVE Some students have five or more exams  You will be on exam preparation leave for the duration of the exam period Some students have 1, 2, 3 or 4 exams  You will have two days exam preparation leave before each exam. One of those days will be your ‘Hot-housing’ day.

3. EVENTS FOR STUDENTS WITH NO OR LIMITED EXAM PREPARATION LEAVE  April 29 th – Hospitality day at Carnbooth House Hotel  12 th -16 th May – Radio 1 Academy events (as arranged by you)  19 th -21 st May – ‘Life Successes’ week  All students with no exams this week will be involved in all activities. These include  Cooking and Healthy eating  Team building and working together  Practical joinery and carpentry

4. GLASGOW CALEDONIAN UNIVERSITY PARTNERSHIP  Running for 4 weeks throughout May, in conjunction with St Margaret Mary’s  Up to 3 full days every week.  Selected group of up to 15 ‘All N4’ students  Similar focus to the ‘Life Successes’ week  All events will take place at the University in town.

5. FINALLY……… If, on any given day,  you do not have an exam and  are not on exam preparation leave You must either be involved in one of the activities described here or in class.
