UPLOAD YOUR S2 SCANNER
2
To upload your Scanner means: Sending the data of the scans you made from your Scanner to the worldwide Nu Skin server. Benefits: On your Scanner reports, you will see an updated overview of all your Scanner activity. Your Scanner will have the latest software version. The connection is made between scans linked to ADR orders. Nu Skin can pay you your Scanner bonuses.
3
Upload your Scanner After each of your scan sessions, at least once every 120 hours and no later than the last working day of the month. If your Scanner has not been uploaded within 120 hours, it gets automatically disabled. Only Nu Skin is able to reactivate it.

Make sure the network cable is connected, then reboot the laptop and check the connection status again. If the light remains red, contact your local market office for further support. A yellow light indicates that there may be a problem with the connection. Often the upload will still work while a yellow light is showing. If the yellow light turns to a red light, make sure the network cable is connected and restart the laptop.
