Investment & Resources: Better…Faster…More Consistently… Objetive: increase Booklite sales and visibility in Carrefour Planet. Due to the new Library fixture in Carrefour Planet, we were loosing visibility because of the dificulty to execute second placements (displays). Display cost. 53 stores- 48 Carrefour Planet 1 display by store (some of them have 2) Increase Booklite stocks in the stores Roll out:This idea has been used in other customers as Media Mart, Worten, Auchan.
