Gift of Health and Wellness 11 Annual Physical Exam from accredited physicians Comprehensive Health History and General Physical Examination that includes various tests such as: – Complete Blood Count ( CBC) – Annual Routine Urinalysis – Annual Routine Stool Exam – Annual Chest x-ray – Free Vision Test (Ideal Vision nationwide) and discount on eyeglass frames, and lenses.
