In most cases, the departure sight triangles for left and right turns onto the major road as in Case B1 (Left Turn from the Minor Road) and Case B2 (Right Turn from the Minor Road) will provide more than adequate sight distance for the minor road vehicles to cross the major road. However there are intersections that may fall under Case B3.
