GPUG Summit 2011– Las Vegas www.gpug.com Dynamics GP 2010 & Office 365 Because of our interoperability with Microsoft Office that already exists, most functionality works similarly when deployed using Office 365 A user’s individual plan may limit certain functionality Microsoft Office 365 Word Templates and Forms work, dependent on plan level - E2 gets render and read only – No E1 support Word Excel Reports work. We are working on feature to get them to deploy to SharePoint Team site - E2 gets read and edit only – No E1 support Excel Mail in O365 works just as it did with desktop Office, non-Mapi only for E1/E2 plans Outlook The Team site access depends on user plan, SharePoint O365 doesn’t support outside apps – workflow from GP and Business Portal currently not supported, Manual deployment of reports needed SharePoint Users with E1/E2 plans get presence and IM only, higher plans get full features Lync
