CERRA National Board Toolkit 8 The Scoring Process 20 scoring sites in US ensures geographic representation among scoring staff Candidate’s work scored by a minimum of 12 trained scorers across the country Assessors trained to score only one portfolio entry or assessment center exercise.

Score weighting is different for some entries. 12-point constant added to all scores. offsets possible subjectivity in scoring Scoring is not: a deficit model, based on a bell curve There are no fatal flaws.
