3. Step 1: Assemble Your Team The 2012 WellQuest Winners were four committed co-workers from the Tallahassee Democrat. Your team should consist of four individuals who want to: Get healthier and more fit, Learn about health and wellness, and Create a healthier workplace. Talk together about your commitment to change! To win WellQuest, everyone has to be on board for better health and ready to support each other as a team!

4. Step 2: Complete the Written Application Go to www.workingwellonline.com and click on the WellQuest logo to apply online. www.workingwellonline.com Complete the required information about each team member. IMPORTANT! Each member of your team must be able to attend the Tallahassee Fitness Festival on January 26, 2013 if chosen as a WellQuest team. This is the only time that “before” measurements will be taken.

5. Step 3: Write Your Story Tell us why you want to change your health in 2013! Successful applications have personality and honest messages about what greater health means for you and your life. Whether your message is heartfelt, funny, serious, or goofy, make sure each member of your team contributes so the judging committee knows why you want to be selected. We’re looking for teams that are ready for change and ready to work hard for it!

6. Step 4: Shoot Your Video! A great video is important! Catch our attention and show us your personality! Click below to watch the judging committee’s picks from years past.
