1. Christians -- have become naturalized citizens of the Kingdom of Heaven In the process of becoming citizens, we have acknowledged allegiance to our King (Philippians 2:11; Romans 10:9) We have renounced Satan and his dominion (Colossians 1:13, 18, 2 Corinthians 4:2-4; 1 Peter 2:9-11; Ephesians 5:5-8)

Christians -- have become naturalized citizens of the Kingdom of Heaven We have committed ourselves to being good citizens of our country We want to walk worthy of it (1 Thessalonians 2:12) We know it is “better” and we don’t want to go back to our former country (Hebrews 11:15-16) We must not look back! (Luke 9:61-62; 2 Timothy 2:3-4)

6. Let us honor our King! We honor our mothers! (Ephesians 6:2) But we must love Christ more! (Matthew 10:37;18:20; Heb.10:25-27)
