11 Salvation Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God.. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." 14 Men swear by someone greater than themselves, and the oath confirms what is said and puts an end to all argument. Because God wanted to make the unchanging nature of his purpose very clear to the heirs of what was promised, he confirmed it with an oath. God did this so that, by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope offered to us may be greatly encouraged. We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain, where Jesus, who went before us, has entered on our behalf. 15 How can we trust God in our Suffering? Romans 8:28 Romans 8:28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. (NIV) And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. (NIV) 1 Corinthians 10:13 13No test or temptation that comes your way is beyond the course of what others have had to face. All you need to remember is that God will never let you down; he'll never let you be pushed past your limit; he'll always be there to help you come through it. For just as the sufferings of Christ flow over into our lives, so also through Christ our comfort overflows.
