Council Meeting Schedule Public Meetings of Council - Monday evenings at 6:30 p.m. Three Week Rotation: Planning Committee – Chaired by member of Council Committee of the Whole - Chaired by member of Council Council - recommendations are ratified Meetings closed to the public as per s. 239(2) of Municipal Act Closed Session meetings start before 6:30 p.m. Other Committee Meetings – Budget & Audit Special Meeting of Council - convened to deal with specific item Summer Break – several weeks in July & August Christmas Break – meetings end in early December 13
