14 CG 719K - Common Errors ALL MEDICAL EXAMS, TESTS, AND DEMONSTRATIONS OF PHYSICAL ABILITY must be performed, witnessed or reviewed by a physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner licensed in the United States or one of the U.S. territories.
