Skin Structure Epidermis :
Epidermis is the outermost layer of our skin The top most layer of Epidermis is made of dead, flat skin cells It is thinnest on the eyelids and thickest on the palms Dermis : Inner layer of the skin, beneath the Epidermis It is composed of collagen and elastin tissues, maintains the elasticity of our skin Dermis also contains sweat glands and sebaceous gland Subcutaneous Tissues: Subcutaneous tissue is a layer of fat and connecting tissues Blood vessels and nerves are nested in this layer Subcutaneous Tissue Epidermis Dermis

Pat your both cheeks with one tissue and pat your nose with the other one. Now..if you see black patches or oil patches on both the tissues Then your skin type is? (Ask) Absolutely right oily if you see black patches or oil patches only on the tissue, with which you had pat your nose Absolutely right combination if you don’t see any black patches or oil patches on both the tissues, (if they answer normal, then say) Absolutely right normal (if they answer dry, then say) Not necessarily, if your skin is dry then you will feel the dryness, you skin will feel stretchy, flaky.
