2 Test Results 4MM 8” StreamlinerUV™ Liner Flexural strength: 52,000 PSI 50 year flexural strength: 33,840 PSI (65% retention) Flexural modulus: 1,700,000 PSI 50 year flexural modulus: 1,160,240 PSI (68% retention) 3MM 8” StreamlinerUV™ Liner Flexural strength: 47,000 PSI Flexural modulus: 1,350,000 PSI

3 Water Tight:100% leak proof* No Shrinkage:0.0% loss* Thin Wall:From 3mm Cured:Ultra Violet Light Curing Speed:7.5ft per minute (8” ) Laterals:No seals or grouting required Flow:Hazen-Williams C=150 *2009 IKT Liner Report, (Institute for Underground Infrastructure)

4 Polyester outer containment and protection foil. Chemical and temperature resistant 7 layer polyethylene/polyamine inner containment foil. Multiple layers of high quality E-CR fiberglass. The fiberglass layers are saturated with polyester or vinyl ester resins during manufacturing. Translucent UV resistant outer foil.

5 Clear inner foil is removed. Outer foil remains in the pipe after curing. Proprietary resin “jelling” maintains consistent wall thickness during storage, shipping and installation.
