3. Glorietta Bay Pump Station Repair/Maintenance Needed – Pump rails – Pump(s) Station has 4 pumps; one is a redundant pump One is currently non-operational and can’t be removed because the lifting handle has deteriorated – Interior piping – Sludge removal – Lining/Structural repairs

4. Recommended Action Authorize staff to advertise the pump station repairs including: (wet-well by-pass not required) – Repair of rail system – Repair of pump(s) – Removal of built-up sludge – Evaluation of liner and structure – Evaluation of the discharge piping – Work to be completed by May 31, 2013 Phase II of the project would be repairs to the concrete and wet well liner (wet-well by-pass required) – Work would not commence until after summer 2013
