1 CCS Athletic Department “ A Winning Attitude On and Off the Field”

2 GO CAMELS! CCS Youth Athletics provides opportunities for student athletes to maximize academics, athletics and life-skills potential. CCS offers a diverse program of athletics for both boys and girls.

3 What youth sports does CCS offer? Football Cross Country Volleyball Cheerleading Speed Stacking Swim and Dive Wrestling Basketball Track

4 CCYFL Football

5 The CCYFL is a no cut organization. Every CCS student may participate. The teams are broken into squads based on grade level. Each team has their own game schedule that consists of @ 10 games. The season runs from late July to late October.

6 CCS Youth Cross Country

7 Cross Country is a non-cut sport. Any CCS student in grades K-5 may participate. Runners participate in meets at Campbell Co. High School on Thursdays throughout September and October.

8 CCS Youth Volleyball

9 CCS offers volleyball for grades 3-5. Each team has the opportunity to participate in league play as well as tournament play. The season is played in the spring months of March, April and May.

10 CCYCL Cheerleading

11 CCYCL offers cheerleading squads for grade levels 1-6. Students cheer throughout the months of August, September and October.

12 CCMS Swim and Dive

13 Students in grades 4-5 may participate on the CCMS Swim and Dive Team. The season runs late October to late January. Information can be found by following these links www.campbellcountyschools.org, Our Schools, Campbell Co. Middle School, Athletics.www.campbellcountyschools.org

14 CCS Youth Wrestling

15 Wrestling is a no cut sport. Any CCS student may participate. The CCS Wrestling Team participates in meets across Northern Kentucky as well as meets at the District, Regional and State level. The season runs mid October to mid February.

16 CCYBL Basketball

17 CCYBL Basketball CCS offers two divisions of basketball for both boys and girls. The Scholastic League is a competitive league for grades 4-5. Players must try-out for their school team. The Intramural League is for any student in grades 1-5. The season runs early November to mid January.

18 CCS Youth Track

19 CCS Youth Track is a non-cut sport for grades K-5. The meets are held on the campus of CCMS. The season runs early April to late May.

20 Speed Stacks

21 Each Elementary school has a Speed Stacking Team. Teams are made up of students in grades K-5. A tournament is held every year on the Campus of CCMS in early April.
