9. Conclusions of the 9 th MC meeting Monitoring Committee approved the Annual report of the OPIE 2006 and the changes of the Programme Complement for OPIE. MC took cognizance of the following information: „Actual State of the OPIE implementation as at 31 st March 2007“, „Information about the Technical Assistance Plan“ and „Information on Communication Action Plan“.
