Poland ,(officially the Republic of Poland), is a country in Central Europe. Poland is bordered by Germany to the west; the Czech Republic and Slovakia to the south; Ukraine and Belarus to the east; and the Baltic Sea, Lithuania and Kaliningrad Oblast, (a Russian exclave), to the north. Poland is also a member of the European Union, NATO and OECD

Warsaw Warsaw -is the capital of Poland and its largest city. It is located on the Vistula River. Folk etymology attributes the city name to a fisherman Wars and his wife Sawa. Warsaw became the capital of the Commonwealth and at the same time of the Polish Crown in 1596, when King Sigismund III Vasa moved the court from Cracow

The Palace of Culture and Science
The Palace of Culture and Science - is the tallest building in Poland Bulit in just three days.(the main architect Lev Rudnev) The building currently serves as an exhibition centre and office complex. It is also used for FM and TV broadcasting, containing cinemas, theatres, museums, offices, bookshops, and a large conference hall for 3000 people.

Royal Castle Royal Castle. The Royal Castle in Warsaw is the royal palace and official residence of the Polish monarchs . Nowadays it is used as a branch of the National Museum and for ceremonial purposes.

Cracow Cracow - is the third largest and one of the oldest cities in Poland, situated on the Vistula river It was the capital of Poland from 1038 to Nowadays city with a history encompassing over a thousand years, the city remains the spiritual heart of scientific, cultural and artistic life

Wawel The most popular attraction in Crakow . The Hill where The Royal Castle and the Cathedral are situated. The Royal Castle is the most famous castle in Poland.

Gdansk Gdansk – The city lies on the southern coast of Gdańsk Bay (of the Baltic Sea), in a conurbation with the spa town of Sopot, the city of Gdynia and suburban communities, which together form a metropolitan area called the Tricity

Malbork Castle The castle is a classic example of a medieval fortress; it is the world’s largest brick castle and one of the most impressive of its kind in Europe. The castle and its museum are listed as UNESCO's World Heritage Sites, being added to the register in December 1997.

My school There is a football pitch, basketball and volleyball fields, 200-metre – long track in our school. We ‘ve got a canteen, two dyrooms and 28 classrooms.

Our hero Jan Klemens Branicki was born on 21 October He was in the army in France. In 1709 he came back Poland, he got married to the daugther of the Lituanian nobleman and he settled in Bialystok. He became more and more important in Poland

The flag of the school was founded by the parents of our students.

We have a great time during our school discos
We have a great time during our school discos. There is great music and nice atmosphere then.

Origami In our school there was 5th festival of Origami.

6th week with ecology The works which took part in the competition showed flora and fauna of Bialowieza, Biebrza, Narwianski as well es Wigierski National Park.

My parents My dad’s name is Jaroslaw. He’s a builder. He likes reading books and watching films in his free time. My mum’s name is Anna. She works in a shoe shop. She likes reading cooking books in her free time.

My siblings My brother’s name is Marcin. He’s 5 years old.
He goes to kindergarten.

My animals There are fishes at my home. They live in a large aquarium. They are colourful, for example blue and green or red and orange. I like them very much. I have got 17 of them.
