7. Functions  The Holiday Scissor works just like a regular scissor. Simply cut and snip!  To use the tape function simply turn towards the handle of the scissor and pull a strip of the tape out. Another small strip of tape will “pop out,” ready for the next use When tape runs out, simply take cartridge out and replace with refills.  To use the ribbon shredder slide in a strand of ribbon between the handles of the scissor Grip handles together tightly and pull the ribbon across and the ribbon will also curl as it shreds.
