The Autoline Industries Indiana, LLC. Jack Assembly business is the result of the acquisition of the Butler, Indiana based business from Dura Automotive Systems. The parent company Autoline Industries is a medium sized engineering and auto ancillary company, supplying sheet metal components, assemblies, sub assemblies and tubular assemblies like silencers and exhaust systems to the Indian auto industry, with plants located in India in addition to the Butler, Indiana location.
