Ultra-Delicious Muffin Recipes In order to understand muffins, you must first understand how to prepare them. The next few slides will contain various recipes for various types of muffins.

Add milk, oil, eggs and peanut butter chips, stirring just until moistened. 3.Fill prepared muffin tin evenly with batter. 4.Combine remaining 2 tablespoons peanut crumbs and sugar; sprinkle over muffins. 5.Bake for 16 to 18 minutes or until muffins test done. Cool in pan on wire rack. Makes 1 dozen muffins.

Let cool on wire rack. Makes 1 dozen muffins.

Stir batter until just moistened; do not over mix. 4.Fill prepared muffin tins three-fourths full. 5.In a small bowl, mix milk powder with hot water. Stir vigorously to blend well. Mix in butter and almond flavoring. Stir in coconut. Form into as many balls as muffins. Push into top center of each muffin. 6.Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until muffins test done. Cool in pan on wire rack.
