Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies LAB

EQUIPMENT CHEF- get out and wash DRY measuring cups 1 c liquid measuring cup Measuring spoons 1 large saucepan 2 medium mixing bowl 2 cookie sheets 2 spoons or scoops Flat edge spatula Wooden spoon or rubber spatula Wax paper ONCE You get them out & CLEAN call me over to check so you can begin measuring

MEASURING AND EQUIPMENT INGREDIENT CHEF-ISLAND PEANUT BUTTER-1/4 c dry Quick Oats- 1 ½ c dry – Place both in the same mixing bowl Milk- ¼ c liquid ½ stick butter HEAD CHEF- KITCHEN Sugar- 1 c dry Cocoa- 2 Tablespoon – Place both in small mixing bowl Vanilla- 1 teaspoon – Place in small glass bowl COOKING DIRECTIONS 1- MELT BUTTER (large saucepan, medium heat) 2- ADD COCOA, SUGAR, MILK (bring to boil, once boiling let boil 1 ½ minutes) 3- REMOVE from heat- Quickly stir in OATS, PEANUT BUTTER, and VANILLA 4- SPOON on to wax paper covered cookie sheets
