5 M Booth operations > Mall Details Timing JEM: 8 th -24 th December 2014, 11am-930pm Others: 12 th -24 th December 2014, 11am-930pm

6 M Booth operations > Conduct Image & Professionalism Use hand phones discretely No consumption of food and drinks at the booth

7 M Booth operations > Conduct Keep booth neat and tidy at all times Dispose unwanted scraps before handling next gift Place equipment/stationeries/presents neatly Place personal belongings under the booth

8 M Booth operations > Handover Shifts Emergencies i Shift 2 & 3 Be punctual ii Shift 1 Reach 15 minutes earlier i Running late: - Inform Mall IC ii Cannot make it for shift: - Inform Jared 2 days in advance
