It is intended that investments in the company will qualify for Business Property Relief (BPR) therefore will fall outside the Estate and so be exempt from Inheritance Tax after a two year holding period. PUMA HOSPITALITY: An EIS Fund launching December 2012 The Puma Hospitality EIS will provide an opportunity to invest in trading companies which own and operate freehold and long leasehold pubs. Shore Capital invested its own capital for a majority interest in Spectrum which has acquired a controlling interest in the German telecoms business DBD..
