Note: city and country specific documents shown in this example are for Sydney, Australia. IMPENDING ARRIVAL is unavailable – this flight is a departure, not to be confused with the previous screen displaying an arrival.

This shows the comprehensiveness and power of IcarusGH insomuch that the data an agent enters for a flight is transposed to this and other operational documents without having to retype, copy or paste.

This catering information and cost is included in the reconciliation for client invoicing.

Remember… all information on this and other operational documents comes from the program and is not typed and retyped after the flight is initially setup.

The Icarus Group © 2007 Ground Handling Computer System Requirements –A single computer or a network for multi-user capabilities. Recommend a terminal server. –Microsoft XP or better and Microsoft Access 2002- 2003 or better on each station. –Program requires user login and password which is setup to allow or deny access to system functions vs. employee responsibility. –Comes with a multitude of reports, all which can be customized to your operation.
