PIR Consortium- sets the strategic approach for PIR in WMO Aftercare - Implementation of the PIR Program–through Program Management Team led by the PIR Manager. Subcontracted NGOs - Delivering the support coordination activity Support Facilitators - Support coordination Roles and Responsibilities
