2  Start – 2009  Development Goal – Build a system that could be used throughout all masonry ensuring system design 60/40 mix  Funding – 50/50 Knights Templar Eye Foundation & Grand Encampment Knights Templar  Conversion – Two systems brought together from a file structure of a one to one relationship to a new structure of one to many 2

3  YRIS data maps and cost  Major System upgrades to handle and address the new data and processing requirements  Move from 32bit to 64bit hardware Commercial Operating System – Windows Server 2012 multiple cpu’s, redundant power, hot swappable storage and capable of running multiple Virtual Servers. SQL Server 2012 3 dedicated servers  Development & Quality Control – both in house  Live – T3 datacenter – all components are fully fault- tolerant. Everything is dual-powered – 99.982% availability with 1.6 hours downtime Per Year. 3

5  Build a system that could be used throughout all masonry ensuring system design 60/40 mix  First we had some major challenges with the 60% before we could address the 40%  Add member module  Officer module  Admin tool Manage and report on UserID ‘s– Active / Inactive Merging of duplicate profile records  40% - Status:  Able to add and manage State & Local data  Able to add Officers & Titles at all levels and append to membership based on organization  Able to add and manage a Members Profile and organizational memberships  Currently working through standard reports & additional admin tools 5
