Understand the roots of existence. It is old and around from 3000 BC’S. Started from Vedic period. YOGA means peace of mind body and sprit. The union between us and the intelligent cosmic spirit of creation. The Omness of all things. Yoga is an Art, Science and Philosophy of life

Today’s modern world imposes stress and strains. It effects physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Yoga is magical fitness program that helps balance, emotions, sharpen the intellect and bring peace of mind. Emphasis on the postures and systematic breathing. Learn to let go of the past and leave the baggage behind. Resistance will then break down so that new energy can flow in to the empty spaces.

Breathing Exercises: Breathing exercise helps entire system and releases tension in the muscle Bhastica Breathing: Inhale through the nose with the mouth closed and slowly draw in long breaths and then exhale through the nose. Kapalbhati: Kapalabhati means “skull shining” and its effect are so clear to mind. The forced exhalations rids the stale air in lower lungs. Sit up straight with your legs or cross position. Inhale slowly and smoothly, contract abdominal muscle and exhale. Reduces toxins in the body and helps in weight loss. Anuloma Viloma-alternate nostril breathing: Sit cross legged. Close the right nostril with the right thumb and slowly and smoothly, Inhale with right and exhale through left and inhale through left and exhale through right.
