1. Reinstating a previously cancelled section

2. As can be noted the Motorcycle section (example) is no longer active, which can be verified by the absence of a tick in the check box under the column called “ Active”. If attempting to reinstate a previously cancelled section an error may be displayed as follows - “Error: It is not allowed to have a start beyond debit end date – 1.\ Section Is 4.\Debit end date is 30.04.2009, \ Start date is 04.09.2009” or something of a similar nature, please follow the steps noted below: Section cancelled

3. If you search for the Motorcycle Section under the heading POLICY SECTIONS, in an attempt to re-add the section, you will notice that the section is not available in the drop down list -

4. Therefore, you are unable to reinstate the section and there is no SELECTION in the drop down list Therefore you would need to reinstate the section. However if the section has been deleted for a specific time, and you reinstate the section by putting a TICK against the Active Box, you may be presented with the below message.

5. In order to re add this section you would then need to click on the QUOTE ON EXISTING POLICY tab. You will be presented with the following screen : Click on Quote on Existing Policy

6. Search for the Motorcycle Section by selecting it from the dropdown field Click on QUOTE SECTION

7. You will be navigated to the Motorcycle Summary Screen Click ADD ITEM

8. Complete the required information accordingly Click SAVE

9. You will be presented with the screen below Click on CONVERT QUOTE TO POLICY

10. Now click on CONVERT QUOTE to POLICY Place a tick in the check box available

11. You are returned to the Summary of the Policy with the New Motorcycle section Added. As can be noted there are now two Policy Lines for Motorcycle, one is cancelled, the other is Active Click SUBMIT
