3. Brief history of W2W in Devon Set up in 2001 with 10 scooters. Devon schemes merged in 2006. Last year we delivered 303 loans. Now we are working to secure our future.

4. What do we do? We currently have around 140 motorcycle and scooters. Covering the whole County, an area of 2,700 square miles. DW2W employs 8 local people.

5. Our base in Halwill Junction We have a dedicated staff team who work hard to support both the business and our beneficiaries. Our mobile workshops enable us to access the whole county.

6. Services to the general public We operate a Motorcycle MOT facility which is open to the public. Workshop maintains, services and repairs motorcycles on a commercial basis. Open six days each week during the motorcycle season.

7. Ebay Sales We dismantle end of line machines and sell reusable components on Ebay. Our Ebay shop also sells motorcycles and scooters throughout the UK.

8. Reducing fixed costs Workload scheduling. Stringent maintenance programme. Stock projections result in lower prices. Maintain all our own vehicles. Group buying initiatives, co-op approach.

9. Grants versus earned income 2006 fully funded. We developed a Social Enterprise for W2W. We have shifted the financial balance.

10. Contributory Income Loan fee income is secure and helps to promote responsible use of our machines. Sustainable income. This year we aim to top £100,000 income in loan fees.
